YHVH
Referred to as the Tetragrammaton, this high name of God is unpronouncable. The letters Yod Heh Vav Heh are attributed to the elements of Fire, Water, Air, and Earth and to the worlds of Atziluth, Briah, Yetzirah, and Assiah respectively. As this word is replaced in biblical reading by the name Adonai, this name is also translated as “Lord.”
